As an SLA-based managed database services customer, the client relies on stable database operations to support high-volume payment activity. In this environment, even a short interruption or incorrect balance or transaction record can create serious financial, operational and reputational risk.

During an operational process, an incorrect UPDATE statement was executed by a user on one of the most heavily used tables in the system. As soon as the issue was detected, the client contacted Aryasoft for immediate support.
